How can I order?

Simply visit the Products page, add the items you want to your cart, then proceed to payment and delivery. Please choose the correct zone for delivery. If your location is outside the greater Metro Manila area, please e-mail us at hello@tanterrahome.com

For payment options, you can either (1) Express Checkout via Paypal, (2) Pay with credit or debit card via Paymongo, (3) Pay via G-Cash or Bank Deposit (BPI/BDO). If paying through G-Cash or bank deposit, please be reminded that your order is not confirmed until you send us proof of payment at the e-mail address above. We will send you a confirmation e-mail after receipt of payment proof.

Do you have holiday gift-wrapping services?

Yes, we do! (Includes a red ribbon and gift card. We can write your loved ones' name for you and deliver it straight to their home!) Gift wrapping is a flat fee of 70PHP/item and will be applied at checkout, if you tick the "For ₱70.00 per item, please wrap the products in this order." box. Should you want only some of your items giftwrapped (i.e. You want to order 5 items, but only want 3 to be giftwrapped), please split your order into 2 and order twice on our website (so that the non-giftwrapped items won't be charged), and we'll drop you a message to coordinate!

What are the products made of?

The products are made of red clay, sourced and tested to pass standard parameters we adhere to in order to maintain good quality. Each of our products are made by hand. Variances are expected and appreciated.

What are your returns and exchange policy?

We're sure you'll love our items, but just a heads up-- all sales are final, and "change of mind" will not be entertained.

How long does shipping take?

For Metro Manila, we deliver 12-14 days after payment receipt. Please e-mail us at hello@tanterrahome.com if your location is beyond Alabang or outside the greater Metro Manila area. For items on pre-order, the target delivery is within 3-4 weeks.

The items I want are sold out! Can I pre-order?

Selected designs are open for pre-orders. This will typically take 3-4 weeks to produce. Please e-mail us at hello@tanterrahome.com to ask for the lead time for that product, or if you need it urgently. A gentle reminder to only order if you're comfortable with the wait :)

Are the plants in the pictures included?

So sorry, but we do not currently supply plants. Only the planters and vases are included in the pricing.

I want to use the pots for my plants. Are there holes at the bottom for planting purposes?

Hi Plantita! We can bore drain holes if you ask us to, but please indicate this in the Special Instructions for Seller section of your cart when checking out. We typically do not assume you want them since many of our customers prefer not to have drain holes on our products. Our products are best suited for covered outdoor and indoor use.

My delivery address is not covered by your delivery zoning. Can I still order?

Sorry about that! We're working on it, but currently, we can only regularly deliver within Metro Manila. If you are beyond Alabang/ the greater Metro Manila area but still want to order, e-mail us at hello@tanterrahome.com and we can work something out!

What is the difference between standard packing and gift packing?

Standard packing is a brown box with traditional flaps held down with tape. Gift packaging is a special 9 x 9 x 6" box with flaps (no tape used), a ribbon and a gift card. With gift packaging, you can send it directly to your loved one! Please note that not all items are eligible for gift packaging.
